Activity log
Every workspace change, recorded.
Settings > Activity log is the audit trail for your workspace. It records scans, question changes, brand profile updates, provider key saves and removals, invite links, membership changes and API key events - each with the actor's email, the time and a short detail.
The log keeps the last 100 events per workspace and shows the 50 most recent. Audit writes are fail-safe: they never block the action they record.
