Quickstart
From sign-up to your first scan in about five minutes.
You can go from a new account to a completed scan in five minutes. All you need is a Google account.
1. Sign in
Open your workspace and choose Continue with Google. Your workspace is private to your account - there are no passwords to manage.
2. Set up your brand
Onboarding asks for your brand name, website domain, optional aliases, a one-line description of what you sell, and your competitors (up to 8). You can also upload a company logo here - it appears across your workspace.
3. Track buyer questions
Add the questions your buyers ask AI assistants, or press Suggest and Threadly drafts relevant questions from your category using AI. Three to ten questions is a good starting set.
4. Run your first scan
Press Run scan now. A scan asks every configured provider every tracked question and usually completes within a couple of minutes. Click any question row afterwards to read the full answers and citations.
5. Take the tour
On your first visit a guided tour spotlights each part of the workspace - metrics, providers, scanning, citations, history and settings. It plays once and stays out of your way after that.
